Job Description
Our client, a leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. As a BCBA, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments: Perform assessments to identify individuals' strengths, needs, and behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans: Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
  • Provide direct ABA services: Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy, utilizing behavior analytic techniques to promote behavior change and skill development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team: Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the individual's care.

  • Qualifications:
  • Board Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, holding a valid certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • ABA
    Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities in an ABA setting.
  • Assessment and intervention skills: Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of ABA.
  • Collaboration and communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team.

    The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
