We are seeking an experienced (1 yr minimum) veterinary medicine client services representative to join our team.
Familiarity with Cornerstone software is a plus.
As the face and voice of the practice, this position is the first contact for our clients.
The job requires multitasking to include:
Greeting customers and answering phones Scheduling and confirming appointments Placing calls for follow ups Invoicing, presenting and explaining fees and processing payments Recommending products and services and answering questions on general animal care Managing medical records and input of medical history General inventory management and light cleaning of shelving We offer a family atmosphere where we all work together to provide the best veterinary care for our patients and the best client services for our customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
