The ideal candidate will have experience in receptionist, clerical, filing, office transcribing, data entry and QuickBooks.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and emails - Greeting clients and visitors - Managing and organizing files and documents - Transcribing notes and dictation - Entering invoices into the system - Assisting with event planning and coordination - Providing personal assistant support to management as needed - Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required - 2
years of experience in a similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with QuickBooks preferred - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
