You will work closely with the field team and a variety of departments, gaining exposure to our overall business.

Responsibilities:
Issue resolution - you will be the first stop for many sales manager and customer issues Facilitate onboarding and offboarding of account managers, and new hires, including providing access to digital tools, essential supplies, and assets Liaison between the field and internal departments such as Procurement, Information Technology, Salesforce.
com, and Pricing Assist with coordination and planning for internal and customer facing presentations and events Provide direct administrative support for Sales General Managers Establish and maintain Internal customer information storage and provide appropriate access to individuals based on role Maintenance of account and hierarchy changes in digital tools and customer folder sites, and Direct entry of Customer related inventory data in SAP Education & Experience Required:
Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
Experience working in or with Sales teams, Customer Service, Procurement, Information technology or Administrative Support Proficient with basic office suite software; MS Office or Google Workspace Process analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills Preferred (if applicable):
Associates or Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university Second language skills are a definite asset Experience with SAP, Tableau, Salesforce.
