is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to shape our brand's voice and increase market penetration.
As a family-owned company with grassroots values, we produce unique heating products sold globally and are looking for passionate team members to join our rapid expansion.
Due to the vital nature of this role and our team structure, this position is in-person only and there is no option for remote employment.
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and measure the success of digital marketing strategies.
Develop and manage branding, design, and messaging.
Analyze and optimize e-commerce and print advertisement performance.
Handle social media platforms and community management.
Utilize Graphic Design skills and E-commerce platform experience (BigCommerce preferred).
Create and optimize PPC marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
Collaborate with influencers to boost brand awareness.
Manage multimedia content (photos, videos, graphics) for product listings and websites.
Measure, test, and optimize website for search engine rankings.
Create, proofread, and edit various content forms (website copy, blog posts, case studies, email content, press releases).
Conduct SEO best practices including keyword research and Google Analytics.
Grow new leads and optimize marketing automation.
Skills/Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and detailed oriented.
Understanding of social media KPIs and web metrics.
Team player with a proactive approach to new ideas.
Dependable, organized, and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, email marketing platforms, Google products, and CRMs.
Ability to create and edit HTML for email and web.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience building social media strategy and understanding of post ranking algorithms.
