Summary:
Under general supervision of the Office Manager.
This position requires an ability to create, build and strengthen the relationships between RbA Operations team and customers.
Maintains a customer-centric to support RbA Signature Service standards.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:

Schedules the Installation and any subsequent trade crews needed for homeowner installations.
Allow weekly openings for services or warranty to be scheduled in a timely manner.
Be familiar with entire installation packet which includes how many Installation crew members are needed for number of units being installed, any subsequent trade crews needed, specialty tools/equipment, and homeowner has received and prepared for any removal of obstructions around the job site prior to project starting.
Collaborates with the Installation Supervisor and other Installation Scheduler's on all projects.
Understand which trade skills each Installation crew has to appropriately assign installations.

Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees.
Mathematical Ability:
