Constantly represent Kindred in a positive and professional manner regardless of customer requests, complaints or demeanor Comply with Kindred policies and procedures Interact with other Kindred employees, suppliers and customers in a courteous and professional manner Communicate work progress and significant issues to your immediate supervisor General Responsibilities General responsibilities associated with this position include:
Coordinate the creation and execution of the company's organic social media content calendar Collaborate and partner with multiple departments and team members in the field to create and develop engaging content for social media platforms, which currently include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, company websites and review sites Interact with users and respond to inbox messages, inquiries and comments on Kindred's social media channels Maintain the Kindred company brand by utilizing a unified brand voice across multiple social media channels Create graphics and video content for both organic and paid social media content Generate reports, review analytics and develop insights by utilizing key metrics surrounding organic social media campaigns and posts Assist with the execution of paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram Build landing pages and add content to company websites Maintain daily communication with the sales teams and VP of Sales in order to complete projects timely and within branding guidelines Support the Sales Teams with creative projects and campaigns as necessary Plan events, prepare event budgets, travel logistics, find vendors, secure suitable venues, and supervise event vendors during the event Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum of one year of experience in creating and developing organic social media content on behalf of a company or organization Strong organizational and time management skills POSITION DESCRIPTION Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Excellent attention to detail, writing and editing/proofreading skills required Banner and design experience, including Adobe Spark, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred Experience creating paid media campaigns is a plus Knowledge of SEO strategies is a plus Experience working with website design tools (Drupal, Wordpress) is a plus Working Conditions To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
