Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer.
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails.
- Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes and other important documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and proofreading.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.
- Utilize computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite, DocuSign, and QuickBooks.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
