By running a tight ship and providing service and support you will allow me to focus on the business and family matters at hand.
No two days will be the same, but some of your responsibilities will include:
? Calendar management, scheduling appointments and ad hoc requests.
? Arranging personal travel and accommodation for me and my family members ? Analyzing information and feedback and implement solutions ? Fact-checking and editing ? Business and personal research tasks ? Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items ? Assist with the overflow of invoicing ? Running errands Requirements:
? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Excellent customer service.
? Proficient in typing and data entry ? Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality ? Resourceful, trustworthy and professional support to the team.
? Excellent administration and organisation skills.
? Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize.
? Strong and friendly personality with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
? Excellent research skills.
? Initiative, proactive problem solving and autonomous work.
? Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel.
