Tasks include:
Develop webinar schedules, balancing instructors' availability with our needs, and manage the generation of invites and reminders to both the instructors and attendees Serve as the monitor for webinars, including opening up the webinar connection, introducing the topic and the instructor to the audience, monitoring for background noise, and closing remarks Work on webinar day-of tasks, including attendance logs and assisting customers who have issues connecting to the webinar Attendance verifications, includes certificate access emails and emails for no credit issued due to short attendance Issue certificates of completion to participants after each webinar Create quarterly reports showing webinar attendance numbers Update PowerPoints and handouts for all webinars Maintain a list of all webinar instructor contact info Maintain the instructor royalty spreadsheet and post royalties to the webinar instructor accounts Email, phone, chat support for our customers and attendees Backup Roles As a small organization, everyone pitches in at PDHengineer to help their coworkers.
You will be trained to work in backup roles for times when a coworker needs help or is out of the office due to vacation or illness.
Backup tasks might include communication with and initial screening of new webinar instructors, administrative tasks such as credit card chargebacks; accounts payable; accounts receivable; managing the workflow associated with new course submittals from course authors, etc.
