As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants with finding and leasing properties.
Your role will involve providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, and ensuring all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities - Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner - Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each unit - Process rental applications and conduct background checks on potential tenants - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately - Collect security deposits and rental payments from tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and key exchanges - Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly - Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements - Stay up-to-date with market trends, rental rates, and property availability Experience To be successful in this role, you should have the following
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred - Knowledge of fair housing regulations - Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle leasing paperwork efficiently - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants - Basic understanding of property maintenance issues and ability to coordinate repairs - Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as filing and record keeping - Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for real estate and providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
