Purpose of this position:
The purpose of this position is to provide Community human resource functions including Team Member recruitment, retention, benefits administration and personnel policy.
Responsilbities:
Authority is delegated to the individual in this position to:
Identify Community staffing needs and recruit-qualified individuals.
Participate in coaching/discipline, hiring and termination decisions.
Develop systems to retain Team Members and decrease staff turnover.
Implement Community program and Team Member benefits.
Develop, communicate and implement compliance programs for Community personnel policies and procedures.

Position Requirements
Qualifications:
Preferably a degree in human resources but at least a minimum of 2 years prior experience in the human resource field.
